PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file prevented from obstruction of strength at the time of general use and constituted so as to be easily disassembled into a cover and a binder at the time of disposal. SOLUTION: The binder is firmly fixed to the cover by a fastener constituted of a locking member, which has an expanded head part, a neck part having a through-hole therein and the resilient locking part formed to the outer periphery of the neck part and bent into the through-hole to be resiliently locked with the opening part of the through-hole and released from the through-hole, and the lock member capable of being inserted into/separated from the through- hole and keeping the locked state of the resilient locking part by insertion and capable of releasing the locked state by separation. By this constitution, the binder is firmly fixed to the cover usually and, only by releasing the locking with the locking member by separating the lock member at the time of disassembling, the cover and the binder are easily separated.
