DECURLER FOR ROLL PAPER, PAPER FEEDER, AND RECORDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately print in printing on roll paper when returning from a suspended state and to efficiently feed the paper in a feeder having two crossing feeding routes. SOLUTION: This decurler 2 forms a curled state in the roll paper P by a pinch roller 37 and an auxiliary roller 47 and the curling inclination of the roll paper P is corrected thereby. Before entering into the suspension state where performing no feeding operation of the roll paper P, this decurler 2 controls the driving of the pinch roller 37 to dispose the tip of the roll paper P in the upstream side of the auxiliary roller 47 and to prevent the curled inclination from being left in the roll paper P and at the same time open the paper feed route approximately horizontally feeding the paper from the rear part of the device.
