PURPOSE:To reduce the in-band ripple without increasing the insertion loss, by making different the distance of the input and output transducers by segment. CONSTITUTION:The output transducers 3, 4 are located at the both sides, left and right, of the input transducer 2. Each transducer is sectioned into two segments a, b, toward orthogonal direction as the direction of propagation of elastic surface waves, and the distance between the segments a and b of the input and output transducers is made different. That is, l1not equal to l3, l2 l4. As a result, the propagation path of elastic surface waves is different on segments to reject the in-band ripple due to tripple transient echo. |
