<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cellular mobile communication system which uses TPC to perform control in three stages of stopping, performing and not performing the TPC, frame by frame, according to quality, secure stable quality, and prevent a channel interference quantity from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: A power control circuit 14 is equipped with a synchronism detection part 17 which detects synchronism data showing synchronism establishment from radio data, frame by frame, a synchronism/asynchronism decision part 18 which decides synchronism or asynchronism according to the synchronism data, an implementation/non-implementation decision part 19 which decides the implementation or non-implementation of the TPC according to the synchronism data detected by the synchronism detection part 17, a TPC bit extraction part 16 which detects TPC bits included in the radio data, and a selection control part 15 which makes a choice of whether transmitting power control using the TPC bits detected by the TPC bit extraction part 16 is performed according to the decision result of the synchronism/asynchronism decision part 18 and the decision result of the implementation/non-implementation decision part 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
