摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power loss to zero in a resistor for discharge when providing an interline capacitor and the resistor for discharge, and to prevent a reactive current from flowing through the interline capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: When a power switch 9 is turned off, a relay coil 10A is energized for turning on a relay switch 10B, thus supplying power to a control circuit 12. The control circuit 12 where the power supply is supplied energizes a relay coil 5A for turning on the portion between contacts (c and a) of a relay switch 5B. Therefore, a capacitor 6 in an LC filter circuit 3 is connected between power supply lines L1 and L2. After the power supply switch 9 is turned off, a current is interrupted in the relay coil 5A for turning on the portion between contacts (c and b) of the release switch 5B. As a result, the capacitor 6 is connected to both ends of a resistor 7 for discharge, and charged electric charge is discharged quickly. The resistor 7 for discharge is set separated at all times from a commercial AC power supply 2, thus reducing power loss to zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
