PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor whose equivalent series inductance is low. SOLUTION: In this capacitor, a plate anode terminal 2 and a plate cathode terminal 3 are led out of a capacitor element so as to be in parallel to each other in the same direction, and at least a part of the anode terminal and at least a part of the cathode terminal are overlapped with each other without being in contact, in the direction orthogonal to the terminal surface of at least either selected from the anode terminal 2 and cathode terminal 3.
