PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a batter pile using a rotary press-in steel pipe pile capable of pressing-in a steel pipe pile in a slant condition to the ground while rotating, a construction device and a staging for construction of the batter pile. SOLUTION: The lower part of the lower level side of a slant staging 4 is put on a support member 8, and the upper part of the staging is made horizontal, a rotary press-in device 2 for steel pipe piles is put on the slant staging 4. Next, the rotary press-in steel pipe pile 1 is positioned in the rotary press-in device 2 and one end side of the rotary press-in device 2 is hung by a crane 6 in the state the lower part of the steel pipe pile is held by the rotary press-in device 2 and then, the support member 8 at the lower part of the slant staging 4 is removed. Then, the rotary press-in device 2 is hung down, and the rotary press-in device 2 and steel pipe pile 1 are slanted with regard to the ground 3. After that, the rotary press-in device 2 is driven to press-in the steel pipe pile 1 into the ground 3 while rotating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
