<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for a two-component developer capable of forming fine-grained images over a prolonged period of time because of no toner-spents on the surface of the carrier and slight film scraping of coating resin, to provide a developer less liable to change with time in the amount of the developer scooped up on a developing roller and to provide a developing device and a developing method using the developer. <P>SOLUTION: The carrier for electrophotography having at least a surface- coating layer of resin, is characterized in that the resin contains at least an acrylic resin and a silicone resin, and the proportion of the acrylic resin in the coating layer comprising the acrylic resin and the silicone resin is 10-90 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
