DISPLAY CONTROLLER AND DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller in which a frame memory is efficiently utilized without conducting cumbersome processes on a system side while certain existing writing addresses are specified and not changed and different screens are respectively displayed on a plurality of display devices. SOLUTION: A plotting address converting circuit 312 provided to the plotting control section 31 of a display controller 3 plots one word four byte data which are specified by the addresses on a frame memory 32 for every byte in a word unit address order for the data writing equivalent to one screen by the address specification in terms of continuous word unit on the system side.
