PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a good brazing film on the surface of a nozzle of a plate type heat exchanger, to surely connect a nozzle and a pipe arrangement to be inserted in the nozzle by brazing, and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: A number of grooves 25 for holding brazing films 40 are formed on the inner periphery 20a of a nozzle in which a pipe is inserted and brazed.
