PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator for two-axis driving which is applicable over a wide range of equipment and reduction in size and enhancement in speed and operationality are facilitated. SOLUTION: An inner yoke 3 (and a magnet 4) which functions as the mover of a voice coil type linear motor 1 and the output shaft 11 of a rotating motor 2 are coupled freely with each other by spline machining and the yoke and the shaft are freely slidable.
