The invention relates to a shopping cart (1) having a basket (2), wherein a small articles shell (13) is fixed in the inner side (4) of the front wall ( 3) of said basket. The invention is characterized in that the front wall (3) ha s an incision (11) beginning from its top edge (7), the small articles shell (13) being supported in said incision, and in that a clamping strip (20) is provided, which is intended to close the incision (11) and to additionally secure the small articles shell (13).
