METHOD FOR EXTRACTING RECEPTOR ANALOG WHICH INHIBITS ADHESION OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI FROM EAR MUSHROOM, AND RECEPTOR ANALOG FOR HELICOBACTER PYLORI

PURPOSE: A method of extracting a receptor analog which inhibits the adhesion of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) from an ear mushroom (Auricularia spp.) is provided, thereby preventing H. pylori from adhering to the epithelial cell of the stomach. CONSTITUTION: In a method of making a receptor analog which inhibits the adhesion of H. pylori, the dried ear mushroom is crushed, and unnecessary components are removed from the crushed mushroom using ethanol. The remaining content is put in a boiled water or an alkali solution to extract the water-soluble component therefrom. Ethanol is added to the water-soluble extract to recover the ethanol-insoluble component. The remaining ethanol and moisture contents are removed from the ethanol-insoluble material.
