PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to produce a toner picture image high in durability against an outside physical influence. SOLUTION: Toner grains characterized to include irradiation hardened toner resin and resin having a Tg of toner resin >=35 deg.C are provided. The resin is favourably UV-resin to be hardened and a member to be selected from a group consisting of an unsaturated polyester/polyurethane acrylate mixture and an unsaturated polyester/polyurethane-vinylether mixture.
