A connecting element connects the hydraulic cylinder to the lifting-framework and or the hydraulic cylinder to the frame of the floor conveyor. The connecting element has an especialy one part bearing ring (10) and especially two-part bearing pin (7),between which is an especially one-part elastic annular damping element resting against surfaces of the ring and pin. The damping element is largest in the lengthwise direction of the hydraulic cylinder.
