An embodiment of the present invention, including a treatment for cuticles o r other skin tissue comprising a mixture of soy oil, rice bran oil, jojoba oil , and an effective amount an antifungal/antimicrobial agent is disclosed. In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a treatment fo r cuticles or other skin tissue comprising a mixture of soy oil, rice bran oil , jojoba oil, avocado oil, primrose oil, juniper oil, grapefruit oil, chamomil e oil, lavender oil with an effective amount of an antifungal/antimicrobial agent is described.
