PURPOSE: A car door hinge is provided to open a door smoothly without the damage of a door and a front fender, to reduce the number of components by functioning as a door checker without a separate door checker, to decrease working force, to improve workability, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The car door hinge(40) comprises: a body side plate(41) coupled with a side outer panel(31) by many couplers(32) and provided with a flange unified with the bottom formed toward the side of a car body; and a door side plate(42) whose both ends are fixed to a door inner panel(12) by many couplers(33), wherein an intermediate unit covers a flange unit(41b) of the body side plate(41) and is coupled by many hinge pins(43) and bush, and the door side plate(42) moves along the flange unit(41b) to locate the side of a door outer panel(11) on the outside of a front fender(34) when opening a door(10). |
