PURPOSE: A tube is provided to easily manufacture and to simply install and separate from wheels of a bicycle and a bicycle-drawn cart. CONSTITUTION: A tube is composed of at least one tube body(128) having a space for housing air inside and at least one connecting line, and being capable of forming into a ring-shape closed loop, and air passing parts(140,141) installed to the tube body to put in and pull out air to the air housing space. The tube body comprises a tubular body unit being a long stick-shape, an engagement projected unit(129b,130b) installed to a free end of the body unit, and an engagement-receiving unit(129a,130a), which is installed to other free end of the body unit, forming the connecting line by engaging with the engagement projected unit when the body unit is formed into the ring-shape closed loop.
