PURPOSE: A feed pipe for a modified asphalt mixed reaction apparatus is provided to prevent the flow channel of a liquid phase asphalt left in the feed pipe from being closed due to its hardening and reduce working time by quickly feeding the asphalt to a boiler. CONSTITUTION: The feed pipe(222) which is connected to a boiler of a modified asphalt mixed reaction apparatus consisting of the boiler, a tank, a waste tire powder input hopper and a control part, wherein the feed pipe(222) wraps a heat generating member(222b) wound around the outer circumferential face of a metal pipe(222a) with an insulating member(222c), the insulating member(222c) being fastened by a band tie(222d).
