PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for lying which can be used conveniently for keeping health and preventing a bedsore. SOLUTION: The mat M for lying is composed of a cushion part 1 and an enveloping part 2 which envelops the cushion part 1 and is formed of a netlike sheet 5 of a synthetic resin material. The cushion part 1 is constituted of tubular parts 4 which are formed by butting bottom parts 3a of paired upper and lower corrugated mesh sheets 3 having top parts 3b and the bottom parts 3a formed alternately and being constituted of a synthetic resin material, which are shaped so as to have almost circular or elliptic sections by the respective top parts 3b opposite vertically and of which the opposite ends are opened.
