FIELD: anti-icing agents. SUBSTANCE: invention consists in preparation of potassium acetate solution by neutralizing acetic acid with potash at pH 6.0- 6.5 followed by increasing pH to 10-11 and solution density to 1.29-1.30 by adding KOH. After that, thickening agents and corrosion inhibiters are added, the former, in particular, being hydroxyethylcellulose and phosphoric acid salts selected from disodium phosphate and trisodium phosphate.
