PURPOSE: To provide a precoated fin material for heat-exchanger, with a coated film on which moisture streams down by becoming a thin water layer even when moisture is condensed, with an excellent corrosion resistance, and which has a favorable moldability even when a volatile press oil of a low boiling point and a low viscosity is used. CONSTITUTION: On a foil of aluminum, etc., a hydrophilic resin of which the major components are an acrylic resin and a polyvinyl alcohol based resin without containing a cross linking agent other than the intramolecular cross linking agent, is coated and brazed to obtain a pre-coated fin material for heat-exchanger of which the surface has a structure wherein tile-formed protuberances with a height of approx. 0.05-0.2μm are laid, and for which the tile-formed protuberances exist by a rate of approx. 0.5-1.5 protuberances/μm<2> . |
