PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house an antitheft member without a trouble of being worried about dirty even in case of housing it in a housing space by providing the housing space under a step floor easy to get dirty, and to effectively use the housing space in comparison with the case of housing the antitheft member in other parts, for example, an under-seat housing part by housing the antitheft member without reducing a housing space of the under-seat housing part. SOLUTION: The housing space 16 is formed under the step floor of a car body, and the car body is provided with an upper rid 111 or a lower rid 112 for enabling use of the housing space 116.
