SOLUTION: This transition metal complex is expressed by formula (1) (wherein M expresses a transition metal atom of the 4th family in the periodic table of elements; A expresses an atom of the 15th family in the periodic table of elements; R1, R2and R3express each H, a 1-10C alkyl, a 6-20C aryl or the like; R4, R5, R6and R7express each H, a 1-10C alkyl or the like; X1, X2, R8, R9, R10and R11express each H, a halogen, a 1-10C alkyl or the like; X1may bond with X2and R1may bond with R2to form a ring; adjacent R4, R5, R6and R7may mutually bond and R8, R9, R10and R11may mutually bond to form a ring.
