METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUSLY FILTERING FIBROUS COMPOUND

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for continuously filtering fibrous compound are provided to increase productivity per unit hour by shortening time required for washing impurities and filtering wastewater, improve quality of product obtained by reducing content of impurities and contribute to environment protection by reducing wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a filter body(10) having certain volume and thickness at the same time; a central rotation shaft(12) vertically mounted on the central position of the filter body(10) and rotationally connected to a motor; a plurality of solvent spray nozzles(14a,14b,14c) mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the filter body(10) with being spaced apart from each other in an equal distance in such a way that the solvent spray nozzles(14a,14b,14c) penetrate into the filter body(10); a plurality of steam spray nozzles(16a,16b,16c) alternately mounted with the solvent spray nozzles(14a,14b,14c) on the outer circumferential surface of the filter body(10) with being spaced apart from each other in an equal distance in such a way that the steam spray nozzles(16a,16b,16c) penetrate into the filter body(10); a plurality of filter cells(20) which have a certain volume, in which a filter mesh attachable and detachable part for attaching and detaching filter mesh and adjusting height of slurry is mounted perpendicularly to rotational direction of the filter cells(20), on one side of the outer surface of which a hole is formed so that slurry flown into the slurry injection part is contained, and which are laterally mounted on the outer diameter surface of the central rotation shaft(12) and longitudinally mounted on the central rotation shaft(12) with being spaced apart from each other in an equal distance; a slurry injection part(30) formed so that slurry is flown into the slurry injection part(30) through the hole formed on one side of the outer surface of the filter cells(20); a filtered product discharging part(32) for discharging a filtered product completing discharge of wastewater and washing of impurities contained in the filter cells(20) after passing through the solvent spray nozzles(14a,14b,14c) and steam spray nozzles(16a,16b,16c); and a heat medium circulation part(34) formed between the outer surface and inner surface of the filter body(10) and connected to heat medium injection part(36) and heat medium discharge part(38).
