PURPOSE: A device for disassembling and assembling mandrel segments is provided to disassemble/assemble mandrel segments using a carrier sleeve on which can be attached while disassembling/assembling operation so as to simplify the operation and secure laborer's safety. CONSTITUTION: The device for disassembling/assembling mandrel segments comprises a fixed base(9) having a shape of rectangular plate, a movable base(8) slidingly mounted on the fixed base(9), a rotation axle(15) vertically installed on the upper surface of the movable base(8), a guide plate(27) fixedly connected to the rotation axle(15) through a connection axle(7) and having a T-shape guide hole in longitudinal direction, an air box which is guided through the guide hole and having a wrench orientated downward, rotation rings(36) rotatably connected to ring guides(34) protruded on the lower surface of the guide plate(27), a cylindrical sleeve(49) supported by the rotation rings(36) and having an inner diameter greater than that of the mandrel in segments-assembled state, fixing bolts(37) inserted into holes formed on both end parts of the sleeve(49) in positions and number corresponding to those of the connection nut grooves formed on the segments so as to be driven by the wrench(26a), and a plurality of clamps(52a,52b) provided at both ends of the sleeve for clamping the bolts when the bolts are unscrewed.
