PURPOSE: An apparatus for applying adhesive is provided to improve the quality of an applied material by uniformly apply the adhesive and to adjust the thickness of the applied material based on the adjustment of pressures. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for applying adhesive includes a temperature adjustable solution tank(11), a discharging unit(26), a cylindrical nozzle(2), and a throttle unit(3). The solution tank stores adhesive(41). The discharging unit transfers the demand quantity of the adhesive. The nozzle moves a material to be applied(1) and discharges the adhesive to the material to be applied. The throttle unit adjusts the thickness of the adhesive applied on the material to be applied. The throttle unit includes pelt and a pressurizing unit(4). The pelt is wound around the adhesive applied material. The pressurizing unit pressurizes the pelt. The pressurizing unit compulsively rotates with the pelt.
