<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit image data displayed on a failed user device to a failure analysis apparatus via a mobile terminal and automatically execute failure analysis, based on the image data. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 20 and the failure analysis apparatus 30 are connected through a network. The failure analysis apparatus 30 has an abnormal image database 32, that stores abnormal image data displayed on the failed user device 10, which is associated with past failure analysis results, and a normal image database 33 that stores image data sequentially displayed on the normal user device 10, which is associated with display order and past failure analysis results. In addition, the failure analysis apparatus 30 also has a reception processing part 36, which receives images displayed on the user device 10, when receiving failure operations via the mobile terminal 20, and an analysis processing part 37, which extracts abnormal image data and sequential image data from the received displayed images and collates them with images stored in the abnormal image database 32 and the normal image database 33, respectively to acquire a failure analysis result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
