<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system and server, terminal device, information distribution method, information output program and information distribution program, which provide information related to work methods corresponding to needs of a user and perform time control in each work schedule based on the working speed of the user. <P>SOLUTION: When a transmitting/receiving part 32 receives a distribution request of information from a communication terminal, a control part 31 extracts a work plan of which distribution is requested from one or more of work plans stored in a work plan control part 33. The work plan includes information related to one or more of the work schedules. The information related to each work schedule includes characters indicating contents of the work schedule, sound or image data, and a time control program for controlling the working hours of the work schedule.
