PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated type liquid crystal display cell formed by laminating a plurality of liquid crystal display cells each having a liquid crystal material encapsulated therein, wherein mixing of impurities into a prescribed liquid crystal material in the individual liquid crystal display cells is satisfactorily suppressed and a cell gap of each liquid crystal display cell can be made to be a target value, thereby attaining satisfactory display properties. SOLUTION: A plurality of hollow cells SR, SG and SB whose each peripheral part of a pair of substrates 1 and 2 opposed to each other is sealed except for at least one liquid crystal injecting port part r1, g1 or b1 communicating with an external part are superposed on each other to form a laminated type hollow cell SX. The liquid crystal material Lr, Lg or Lb is injected in vacuum from the liquid crystal injecting port part into each hollow cell of the laminated type hollow cell SX. e.g. the filling of hollow cells SR, SG and SB in the laminated type hollow cell SX with respective liquid crystal materials is simultaneously or nearly simultaneously completed in a liquid crystal material injecting stage by adjusting sectional surfaces, shapes and the like of the liquid crystal injecting port parts r1, g1 and b1 of the hollow cells SR, SG and SB.
