RADIO BASE STATION, RADIO TRANSMISSION METHOD AND RADIO TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a signal transmission rate of an outgoing channel compared to an incoming channel from a radio terminal to a radio base station and to provide an efficient multi-media communication service in a CDMA system.

SOLUTION: Information to be transmitted from the radio base station 12 to the radio terminal 11 is divided and stored in a number of buffers 22a and 22b, the number being larger than the number of spread codes used in communication from the radio terminal 11 to the radio base station 12 (2 or more, for instance). The information stored in the respective buffers is spread in spectrum by a plurality of mutually different pseudo random codes PN1 and PN2 and spectrum-spread signals are transmitted to the radio terminal 11.
