<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform energy management of buildings in comprehensive manner for dealing with various kinds of control items necessary for carrying out the energy management of the building, thereby obtaining a large energy- saving effect. <P>SOLUTION: The management data, associated with an energy supply 200 of a building 100, an energy conversion system 300 of the building, an energy transfer system 400 of the building and an energy demand 500 of the building, are acquired, respectively.
