The invention relates to a reclosable pouring element for applying to a multilayer composite packaging, particularly a parallelepiped-shaped cardboard/plastic composite packaging. The pouring element comprises a base body (1) and a pouring tube (3), which is joined in an articulated manner thereto as one piece and which is simultaneously designed as an opening element for puncturing the packaging wall of the packaging in a weakened zon e provided therefor. The invention also relates to a packaging provided for sa id pouring element. The aim of the invention is to create a reliable opening an d reclosing pouring element, which has a small overall height and is as user- friendly as possible in all regards for the consumer. To this end, the pouri ng tube (3) is joined via a surrounding flexible membrane (4) to the base body (1) and, when closed, is folded so that it rests flatly, whereby this flatly folded pouring tube (3) is pinched in a sealed manner between a clamping edg e (8) and a clamping crosspiece (10) of the base body (1).
