PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural crop-treating system, capable of separating unnecessary parts of the crops having various deformation rates surely and neatly, and aiming at the work saving and the improvement of efficiency of works. SOLUTION: This agricultural crop-treating system is provided by installing a mechanical treatment process 2 and a manual treatment process 3 jointly for separating the unnecessary parts (root parts Aa, leaf parts Ac, surface skin parts Ae, etc.), of a green onion A and treating it to a state suitable for selection and shipment, supplying the onion having a small deformation rate and almost straight shape to the mechanical treatment process 2 for separating the unnecessary parts by a mechanical work, supplying the onion A having a large deformation rate to the manual treatment process for separating the unnecessary parts by a manual work and supplying the unnecessary part- removed onions A supplied from the mechanical treating process 2 and manual treating process 3 to the classification-treating process 4 for classifying by items.
