PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance illumination effect by composing a light emitting region with different light emitting forms in a substantially defined state at the front of a designed lens body. SOLUTION: A game machine includes an illumination device 60, the illumination device 60 includes a designed lens body 61 and a light source 90 arranged behind the designed lens body 61 for irradiating the designed lens body 61 with light. A diffuse transmission means 70 for diffuse transmission of the light of the light source 90 and a diffuse-preventing transmission means 80 for transmitting the light while preventing the diffusion thereof are provided between the designed lens body 61 and the light source 90. A first light emitting region 65 composed of the light transmitted through the diffuse transmission means 70 and second light emitting regions 67 composed of the light transmitted through the diffuse-preventing transmission means 80 are provided in a substantially defined state at the front of the designed lens body 61.
