PURPOSE: A lighting method is provided to operate a lighting lamp similarly to sunrise illumination variation according to a sunrise time of an established day when a user sets current date and time initially and a power is on. CONSTITUTION: Sunrise time data of every date is stored in a memory(4). A micro controller(6) compares the stored sunrise time with a current date read from a real-time clock IC(1) and determines a sunrise time. A lighting lamp is automatically turned on and the illumination is increased in a similar pattern to an actual sunrise. After establishing a date and a time and a power is turned on, a lighting lamp is operated similarly to sunrise illumination variation according to a sunrise time of an established day.
