PURPOSE:To view a toner image through a seal which has light transmissivity and to improve the durability of the seal by forming the toner image on an adhesive layer for adhering a film member to an optional body. CONSTITUTION:The toner image 3 is formed on a transfer member 1 which has a surface with releasing property for the adhesive compound of the light- transmissive seal and in this state, the toner image 3 is transferred merely electrostatically and only held without being fixed on the transfer member 1. Then, the light-transmissive seal 9 consisting of a transparent film base 5 and the adhesive layer 7 is superposed upon the transfer member 1 and pressed by a press-contacting means 10 such as a pressure roller to form the seal 11. Consequently, the peeling surface of the transfer member 11 is utilized skillfully to form the toner image in the adhesive layer 7 efficiently.
