PURPOSE: A separable hot runner manifold for injection molding is provided to be manufactured easily and remove an acute angle by forming a passage to upper and lower plates of a divided manifold and combining upper and lower plates in inserting a copper plate to the passage. CONSTITUTION: A passage is formed inside a manifold for injection molding and a nozzle is installed to an end of the passage. The manifold is divided to upper and lower plates(2,3). A joint block(7) is manufactured to be installed in a meeting place of passages. A groove(4) for assembling the passage is formed to the lower plate. The joint block is installed to a crossing portion of passages. A copper plate(6) covers a pipe(5) for the passage assembled to the lower plate. The pipe for the passage is connected to the joint block. Upper and lower plates are combined and fixed. Therein, temperature of the passage is equalized with the copper plate having high thermal conductivity when the passage is heated by a heater. |
