DEVICE FOR REMOVING STUCK ORES IN UPPER PART OF UNLOADING HOPPER

PURPOSE: A removing device of stuck ores is provided to prevent the interrupt of an unloading operation and the overload of a belt conveyor and to safely remove the stuck ores. CONSTITUTION: A guide frame(18) is installed in the upper part of an unloading hopper(1) crosswise. Supporting plates(28a,28b) support both ends of the guide frame and are installed in the upper part of side walls in the unloading hopper to be traveled through a rail(26). A nozzle supporting plate is installed to be traveled through the guide frame and installed with an injecting nozzle(14) to inject high-pressure water from a high-pressure water tank. A first driving device(11a) moves the supporting plate to travel the supporting plate through the rail. A second driving device(11d) moves the nozzle supporting plate to travel the nozzle supporting plate through the guide frame. Thereby, stuck ores are remotely removed by using the watering device.
