METHOD FOR IDENTIFICATION OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS(SLE) SPECIFIC MARKER AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for identification of a systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) specific marker and the use thereof are provided, thereby rapidly and simply prognosing and diagnosing SLE using human biological samples. CONSTITUTION: A method for identification of a systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) specific marker comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining a cDNA expression library from the human cell line or tissue; (b) isolating the cDNA expression library using biological samples of a patient suffering from SLE; (c) selecting a positive clone reacting with the biological sample of the SLE patient and sequencing the positive clone; (d) comparing the nucleotide sequence of the positive clone with sequences announced publicly by Genbank; and (e) reacting the compared positive clone with a patient suffering other diseases to verify the SLE specificity of the positive clone, wherein the human cell line or tissue includes human lung cancer cell line, testicle tissue, or kidney tissue; and the biological sample includes human serum, plasma or blood.
