PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aliasing method based on Z-merging for anti- aliasing (alias removal) of a non-vector 3D intersection curve defined by intersection between a first face SF1 and a second face SF2 . SOLUTION: A view field face SF3 is defined by overlapping between the first face SF1 and the second face SF2 . In this anti-aliasing method based on Z-merging includes the following steps: a step (a) for setting a depth of an allowance value for setting a depth range according to it, a step (b) for selecting an anti-aliasing area on the view field face SF3 close to the three-dimensional intersection curve according to the depth and the range, and a step (c) for merging the first face SF1 and the second face SF2 in the anti-aliasing area for forming a result face SFr =F (Zr , Cr , Wr ) positioned on the view field face SF3 . |
