PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment and detachment of an insert tool to and from a form, and to prevent deterioration of a concrete structure. SOLUTION: An insert 5 is formed by an insert body 1 having a female screw part 1a inside and a sleeve body 2 connected thereto. A fitting 3 having a male screw part 3a at one end is inserted in the sleeve body 2, the male screw part 3a is engaged with the female screw part 1a of the insert body 1, and a suction cup part 3b as a suction fitting means mounted at the other end of the fitting 3 is fitted by suction effect to a form 4.
