<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system capable of revising operating conditions of flow control by a communication apparatus connected to a network. SOLUTION: A video server 1 can transmit a video program with different quality levels to clients 30, 31. A router 42 being a network node processes data to be able to revise the resolution of the data streams or the data rate. Thus, each or the clients 30, 31 can receive video with the highest image quality depending on the respective processing capabilities and the packet reception capabilities. Further, the clients can revise the desired quality of the video depending on a traffic range on the network, selection of the user and other causes at any time.</p> |
