PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic error informing system by use of FAX capable of returning error information for commodity ordering data from a commodity purchaser to the commodity purchaser simply without requiring time and labor, in a commodity sales system including service. SOLUTION: This commodity sales system including service is an automatic error informing system by use of FAX, which is provided with functions that the commodity purchaser transmits commodity ordering data through FAX and a commodity seller reads the commodity ordering data by a FAX-OCR device after receiving the data and makes contact with the commodity purchaser concerning inadequacy of commodity ordering data or contact of the appointed date of delivery and substitute commodity automatically through FAX when there is the inadequacy of the data or corresponding commodity cannot be ordered. |
