SOLUTION: Front edge parts 15f, 16f, 17f and rear edge parts 15e, 16e, 17e opening facing the upstream side and the downstream side in the flowing direction of gas of lower-shaped cut-up parts 15, 16, 17 formed on the fin 11 are formed in a zigzag shape.
