PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conducting receptor-ligand association reaction capable of generating efficiently an association reaction of a receptor or a ligand immobilized on a biochemical analytical unit with a ligand or a receptor, and generating biochemical analytical data having excellent quantitative characteristic with excellent repeatability. SOLUTION: This receptor-ligand association reaction method is characterized by supplying reaction solution including the ligand or the receptor labeled by a labeling material to a plurality of adsorptive areas 4 formed mutually separately on the biochemical analytical unit 1 and having the receptor or the ligand immobilized thereon, so as to cross the plurality of adsorptive areas, and associating selectively the ligand or the receptor included in the reaction solution with the receptor or the ligand immobilized on the plurality of adsorptive areas on the biochemical analytical unit.
