SOLUTION: The position certification device for certificating the position of the user is provided with a position obtaining part 100 for obtaining positional information showing the position of the position certification device 10, an image formation part 106 for forming image information by encoding the positional information, and an output part 108 for outputting the image information. The device is additionally provided with a user identification information obtaining part 104 for obtaining user identification information which is information for identifying the user for outputting the image information correlating with the user identification information.
