The invention relates to a continuously rotatable ladder meant for dwelling buildings, comprising a flight of steps (1) continuously rotatable by 360 degree , rigidly secured at both ends on two movable circular plates (3 and 4), rotatable together with the flight of steps (1), the movable plates (3 and 4) resting on two rolling devices (A), a mechanism with pinions driven by an electric motor (12) being mounted at the lower side of the movable plate (3).
