PURPOSE: A wire throwing apparatus for refining molten steel in ladle is provided to remove sulfur by throwing calcium silicon wire into molten steel received into the ladle and secure cleanliness of molten steel by adding calcium to molten steel. CONSTITUTION: The wire throwing apparatus for refining molten steel in ladle comprises a body part at the lower side of which an inner nozzle(111) connected to an inner guide pipe(110) is installed in such a way that the inner nozzle(111) is injected into molten steel of the ladle, and in which an outer nozzle(113) connected to an outer guide pipe(112) is installed at the outer side of the inner nozzle(111); a control part comprises a gas inlet pipe(120) connected to the outer guide pipe(112), and a sensing nozzle(122) for sensing pressure installed on the gas inlet pipe(120) to and connected to a control device(124) through wire(123a), wherein the control device(124) is connected to driving motor(104), roll and control wire(123b); and a driving part comprising an arm(100) on which a lowerable and liftable roll(101) is installed at the upper side of the inner and outer guide pipes(110,112) of the body part, and a driving chain(102) connected to the driving motor(104) and connected to one side of the arm(100).
