PURPOSE: A handsfree device for a mobile terminal is provided to mount a mobile terminal in a handsfree without a connection line. CONSTITUTION: A handsfree body(100) is fixedly installed at a certain position inside a car. A mounting part(102) is formed at an upper surface of the handsfree(100), on which a mobile terminal(103) is detachably attached by a magnetic force of the mounting part(102). At one upper portion of the handsfree body(100), there are formed a microphone(104), an operation switch(105) and several LEDs(106) for displaying a conversation phase. A power line(109) is connected between the lower surface of the handsfree body(100) and a cigar jack(108), so that the hands free body(100) receives power through the power line(109). A handsfree audio input/output terminal(111) is installed at a lower side of the handsfree body(100) and a terminal audio input/output terminal(112) is installed at a lower end of the mobile terminal(103), so that when mobile terminal(103) is mounted on the handsfree body(100), the terminal audio input/output terminal(112) is simultaneously coupled to the handsfree audio input/output terminal(111).
